Hello, I placed an order #[protected] with FnP for Valentine day (for my wife) but it was not delivered that day. Although the order was not a guarantee order, but it was written that it will be delivered between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Still, I waited for whole day and there was no delivery. There was not even a single call to me notifying about the delay or whether they will be delivering it or not. But what they did really amazed me. Instead of notifying me, they tried to deliver the order next day, to my wife. I instructed her not to accept the order and told the delivery guy that we are not accepting the order as it was not delivered as per the instruction. I am calling there Customer care since Friday to resolve the issue but their pathetic service is not allowing me to reach them. The only other option for me was to write mails to their support team, and the response I got from them was, since the "order was not accepted and the item is a 'perishable' item, the order will not be cancelled or refunded ". I mean I am so shocked to see their response. No apologies. No reason for the delay. A simple response which says that order will not be refunded. I need my refund back and let me know if anyone can help me on this. Was this information helpful? |
