Ferns And Petals — Order not delivered

Hello I had ordered for flowers to be delivered through Ferns and Petals (fnp.com) in the city of Thrissur in Kerala. The order number is OR[protected]. The amount was 699/- and I received a discount of 70/-. The total amount charged to me was 629/-. The order was placed on the 8th of May and the delivery date was the 9th of May. I received a text message and an email on the 10th that the order had been delivered. However, the order has not been delivered till date. on calling the fnp customer care number, +[protected], the IVR keeps repeating the message that all the agents are currently busy and that the next available agent would assist you. This message is repeated throughout the day. This is a fraud company. They are looting unsuspecting customers like me daily. Kindly take note and initiate action please. Regards Alex Issac [protected]
