Ferns And Petals — Refund not done after failing to deliver on time

Had made an order online on FNP on the 28th March early in the morning (Order number OR[protected] for same day delivery... Paid additional Rs. 300/- for delivering at a specific time between 18:00 - 19:00... Immediately called up the call center and changed the timing to between 17:00 and 18:00... Within thirty minutes after that changed the delivery timing online to between 15:00 and 16:00... Then I called the call center at 15:30 to check the status of the delivery... Then they say the delivery is still at between 17:00 and 18:00 though it was clearly showing online that the delivery was to be made between 15:00 and 16:00... I agreed that the delivery to be made at their given time between 17:00 and 18:00 but it was not delivered at that point of time and the recipient left for out of town... Then they call the recipient at 18:45 hrs that they want to make the delivery when the recipient was travelling...
This type of service is ridiculous and between 16:00 and 18:00 when I was checking the status, they even lied that they called the recipient and the recipient didn't accept the delivery...
Now when am asking for the refund, they say only Gift Voucher can be given and nothing else... Keep it or leave it attitude... And it has been more than a week and there is no response...
I mean what kind of consumer protection is given by the government that these service providers talk as though they are doing favor to the consumer... I would not use this service ever and won't recommend it to others as well... Even my friends faced lot of issues with this provider...
All I want is the refund amount credited back to my card...
