[Resolved] Ferns N Petals — ~2 weeks past the delivery date, order yet to be delivered

Order details: Order no: 16155385, sub order no: [protected] I had ordered 3 items for my mother's birthday on 3rd june: tea hamper, cookies, chocolates. Only the cookies were delivered. I have filed a ticket with fnp for delivery of the remaining items:[protected]. I have been following up regularly for the last 2 weeks on this. They still haven't given me a delivery date. Oct 3, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved A company representative contacted me & apologised for the issues. It seems that they couldn't deliver the order since the items went out of stock. They arranged for a speedy delivery of one of the items & provided me a gift voucher for the other item which was still out of stock. Ferns N Petals customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
