I had ordered 3 items for my mother's birthday on 3rd june: tea hamper, cookies, chocolates. Only the cookies were delivered. I have filed a ticket with fnp for delivery of the remaining items:[protected].
I have been following up regularly for the last 2 weeks on this. They still haven't given me a delivery date. Neither are they arranging for a refund.
