Today evening i placed an order to deliver the flower bouquet which costs 399rs. After placing the order in the web site it was mentioned that i'll receive an email and sms to the provided mobile no.. It's been more than 5 hrs. Still there is no acknowledgement received. How to track if the flower will be delivered or not. There is no order no mentioned in the web site. Kindly do the needful.
