Ferns N Petals — Amount not refunded for double payment

I had placed an order with fnp[protected] and after the payment was complete from my end I received a message stating payment failed and order not confirmed. I tried payment again and in second attempt the payment was successful and order got placed. Money got deducted twice from my account for the same order. I called the fnp customer care and shared them the details of the double payment and they asked me to raise a complaint and the money would be credited in 2-3 days. Its been more than 45days and the amount is still not credited. The amount is 999₹ for order[protected].
Please hell me!!
