This is in regards to order#44085446.
I was gifted peace Lilly plant by my friend on 11 July'23.I was traveling and the gift was received by family the plant was dry and had cuts on the leaf that became a concern as it being gift we hadn't any details. On 12th July i received a call regarding product feedback and i informed that the product has issues to which the representative told they can fix by replacing it and i will receive a call back on this number for help(Attaching screenshot of call log for reference). I trusted and waited for support as it wasn't ordered by me I wasn't sure of the process.I tried calling back the number but there was no response. I searched on Google for a email dl of customer support next day and dropped an email( attaching email for reference) it wasn't even responded.
I contacted the customer care number after searching it on Google was bit sceptical due to frauds now a days but thought to give it a try as there was no other way out and they informed me that I should have raised a complaint within 48 hrs..I did receive a call for feedback within 24hrs and I asked for replacement as the plant was not fresh within 24 hrs.i can share call recordings if needed .And when I called back the same number next day no one picked up.Then i dropped an email next day itself I have attached the screenshot of the email I sent as I was told by the customer service executive today that i never sent an email.
Really had a bad experience overall. This is not the kind of after sale service provided to a customer. I understand there can be damage while delivering due to lot of reasons but you should ensure to support customer after delivery in such cases.
I am disappointed overall as today i dropped an email again with all screenshots and call recordings and again they have responded you should have updated within 48 hours.
Really bad experience with customer service as well . I personally have used fnp to gift my family n friends but from now on i will never use it such a bitter experience.you have lost trust of your customer.
