They are scammers.

They charged me for the most expensive cake online, and 15 mins before the opted delivery time, they will called to say that the cake is spolied, and that i have to select from the following two options Pineapple or Strawberry, which are their Cheapest available cakes on fern n petals portal.

After that they deliver old pineapple cake with several hair particles...

The product shown during booking is not matching the product delivered.the product delivered doesn't have glass vase and the leaves as mentioned. The price paid is Rs.1228 and the product sent is not worth Rs.500. The promised items missing in delivery. This is cheating to the consumers....

I ordered 6 white lilies worth 1900 Rs + 200 Rs delivery charge.
They confirmed the order, but at last moment replaced white by 4 pink lilies.
When Delivery guy reached home, its vase was broken so we returned it.
After that I got msg of delivery failure and my order is still undelivered.
Pathetic service after charging such huge amount....

Please refer Order ID Order #42597665. I had ordered following products:

(a) Qty 01 Yummy Black Forest Treat Cake Eggless- Half Kg - Rs. 549/-

(b) Qty 01 5 Pieces Dairy Milk Chocolates 12 gram - Rs. 149/-

I paid a total amount of Rs. 717/- for the said order.

A parcel against the said order was delivered at my home on 05 May 23 at 3 PM...

I have ordered this product on 4th may morning
After that I have requested them at 4th night to make some modifications in
the item(changing the photos).
But they are telling it's not possible because the product is already been
dispatched.
But the delivery date of the product when I ordered it was 8th May.
So how can you dispatch the products too early when on the other hand your
delivery...

My experience has been pathetic, I got exactly opposite to what I ordered. It took more than 5 hours for my order to reach to its destination. I am highly disappointed and angry upon the service of ferns and petals. I wish to get a refund for this order because the gift was exactly opposite to what was shown in the picture.

Fnp support is really bad. I tried for cancellation immediately after placing order as I have to place order for the same day but that was not possible from their end, somehow it was showing for the next day, might have picked latest slot by default. When I tried for cancellation they told me they will update and after multiple requests also they denied cancellation and even support team were not talking nicely. Customer satisfaction is not...

Very disappointed due to cake not delivered inspite of several followup. This was booked 3 days in advance...
