Fraud/Scam/Charging extra Money after complete Payment

This complaint is regarding fnp and a scam that they are doing and fooling people around. So I placed an order at fnp on 23rd Jan, 2021 of Rs.917 which I had paid on 23rd Jan, 2021 itself. gift from unknown sender, without name/details

This is to inform you that yesterday morning i have received a gift containing cake, chocolates, cutting knife and candles from some unknown person (Order id:[protected] via ferns n petals. The person did not share any personal details regarding his/her identity.
I called the customer care of ferns n petals asking the sender's details to return back the gift, but they told me that neither they have the permission to disclose the sender's...

ferns n petals is a fraud company and scam innocent people with their hard earned money

I placed an international order and paid online more than 5000/- for birthday products including the delivery charges.
The order was not attempted to be delivered. They updated fake details stating the address could not be found while i have been staying at the same address for many years.

1. No delivery done.
2. No re-delivery attempt made.
3. Very rude on the call (Wait time more than 30 min)

anonymous gifts to any person without proper t&c

Wrong order delivered and very bad customer service

Had ordered flowers, but they sent the wrong order . Now they are telling me that they have a right to change the order by the self if they don't have particular order. How can they do that?? If they don't have particular flowers they have to put " product unavailable" on the product. They have no right to make any changes. Now I contacted them through email, they don't even read the email and have a common format they just copy paste...

Be aware about the service of cheater website Ferns N Petals. Worst experience with fernsNpetals. Please never book any order from them. They did not do the delivery and make an excused that delivery person visited to the building and somebody denied to take the delivery. They do not have any proof for that. My ordered ID Order #60778675

I placed an order for a bouquet and a plant with an on-time delivery fee of ₹99 for the 12 PM – 1 PM time slot. However, the order was delivered at 3 PM instead. My bill clearly mentions the 12 PM – 1 PM slot with the associated fee, which I have already paid.

This delay is highly disappointing. I request immediate action on this matter and would like to escalate my concern. Additionally, I could not find any direct contact options on your portal—only a bot, which does not allow me to raise my issue properly.

Please address this urgently and provide a resolution at the earliest.

    This is about order #56836293 placed with Ferns and Petals on 23rd October 2024 at 4:33 PM. The payment of INR 1716/- was made to Ferns and Petals through UPI using GPay. The money was debited from my account and received by the bank account of Ferns and Petals in IndusInd bank, account number [protected]. The same has been confirmed by Google pay customer care and my bank HDFC.

    The delivery of the order is pending till date and neither my payment has been reversed back

      I purchased the gift from Fern n Petals and paid for the gift and I was charged extra amount to be delivered on a particular time slot (between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM) on 12th September.

      However the delivery was not done and it was attempted on 13th September i.e. today but still delivery has not been done.

      Now since the occasion has already been passed, when I tried to cancel the order I was refused to refund.

        I had ordered rakhi for my brother living in Banff, Alberta. They were suppose to deliver it by 12th Aug but there was no delivery attempt yet from their side. They are not responding properly and no refund is there. This happened with me last year also.

          We placed an order for the Rakhi order no. #[protected] but failed to deliver, simply coming up with the reason, the door is locked, even though everyone was there at home . The delivery boy would have called us, before leaving or returning the cake. Very bad experience, such a fraud service.

          I need refund or redelivery arrangement immediately...

            Placed an order which was confirmed. Delivery was meant to be between 12 noon to 5 pm for a birthday celebration in the office. at 4 pm did a follow up and no response till 5:15 pm. they then said order will be later. delivery will be done at 6:15 pm. then at 6:30 pm they messaged saying the delivery of the flowers were not done to their warehouse and they cannot deliver the item. only compensation offered was the refund of delivery fees. the whole occasion was spoilt.

              Hi, I have placed the order with fnp for the above mentioned toy for my grandson.they sent it by courier with no cushioning in side the box and it was delivered with broken plastic connector with tyre. I contacted them and explained about the defective piece. They told me that it’s supposed to be intimated within 48 hours. I kept the packing intact as my grandson would visit after 10 days of the delivery of the product. They have taken this as excuse and stuck to the 48 hours period of complaint status. When they have sent the product in such a negligent way of packing and even after having the pic I sent to them as brand new, they are still adamant and not replacing with new one. Plz take it as serious issue and ensure that a new piece is delivered to me

                I placed an order for a product on 2nd March and was shared 5th as the delivery date. I have been in touch with customer care to check about the progress of ny order and was assured that it will be delivered on 5th.Today, the courier delivery date shows by 6th. The occasion is today, the 5th, so what will I do by taking the delivery on 6th. When I connected with customer care, they first ilsaid it will be delivered on 5th.i told him to check the courier website. Then he said it can be delivered before or after 5th. The same automated robotic standard response. Prior to this, I had ordered cakes. On one occasion, they sent the cake without candle and a knife even after being committed. The 2nd cake was a local street cake which looked nowhere like the one I ordered. On complaining, I was supposed to get a full regund, instead got 250 back only. Amazingly, they somehow have managed to rate my order as 5 though I did not. So poor and appalling service.

                  I placed an order of worth Rs. 5357. They have not delivered my order on the selected date. When I asked about the issue I was told that to wait for two hours our executive would call and resolve the issue but no one made a call. Now they are not canceling my order and not providing a refund.

                          I have ordered a cake well in advance in Feb12th 2024 for velantines day (order #50095804  Hearty Chocolate Cream Cake Half Kg) for an amount of Rs.1053/- (cake charge+ timeslot charges) through their portal www.fnp.com. the time slot selected was 6.00 - 3.00p.m.  As i found there was no way of any communication regarding delivery of cake, i tried to contact them on chat and email etc. It was getting delayed and longer than expected. Finally my husband called me at 8.30p.m informing me that the cake is delivered. But twist is that, cake delivered is not what i ordered.  I really underwent mental torture aswell as the day turned out to be horrible on this cake issue. I need my money back if they cant deliver the cake that i ordered and not the one whatever was available at the store. If so then why did they charge for the so called cake and charged for timeslots. I will never go for FNP and will guide others not to venture this portal ever again. They will loose money and trust and moreover the low quality they keep. Such a disaster company. Who is the CEO who is playing with public emotions by keeping such a portal.  I need justice for this. PATHETIC ! I need its refund for sure.
