Pathetic Customer service... I had placed an order[protected], on the 11th of october 2014 for delivery on the 21st October 2014.
The agent who called me convinced me that the product would be delivered on the 21st, since I was placing the order way in advance. This was supposed to be a diwali gift, FYI diwali was on the 23rd of October. Till date the order hasn't been delivered. And I had to bear the brunt of 3 highly unprofessional customer care agents for the lack of delivery. I simply asked for a cancellation of the order and a refund because there is no point delivering the product anymore.
I was told to ask the recipient to refuse the delivery. Can you be serious????? Can i actually ask someone who i was supposed to send a gift to, to now say no I dont want the gift. Why would I make a fool of myself for your mistake and you incapability of delivering the product on time...
I spoke to 3 different agents, Ashish, Charushree Dutt and their supervisor Surinder Kaur.. Who were all extremely ineffecient, lacked customer service skills, put on hold endlessly. YOU GUYS NEED TO WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS BIG TIME.
I was denied speaking to a supervisor by Charushree Dutta who told me that she is not authorized to transfer the call to the supervisor, in other words are you telling me that the customer doesn't have the right to speak to the supervisor. I however made sure that I spoke to a supervisor, but not before I was put on hold for more than 10 minutes.
You shouldn't mess with someone who knows her customer rights, actually you shouldn't mess with any customers.
I was finally given a refund reference number which is 11203148, but when I check the email for the refund, it says the refund has been refunded for Rs 511.00, whereas the order was for Rs. 2700. At this point I am highly dissatisfied, and cannot go through your customer service agents anymore.
