We had ordered a birthday cake on 24th night to be delivered on 25th..
On 25th night around 8.00 pm, received a message that the ordered cake was not available.. There was no "not in stock" or "not available" tag on the cake on online dispaly.
Any alternative good cake was of same value was suggested..
0n 26th a cake was delivered at night around 9.00 pm..
The basic purpose of the cake order was defeated..
The cake delivered was of poor quality with wrong messages on it.. It did not have correct message which was quoted with the order..
The company should be penalised to pay for the inconvenience & harrassment, so that it does not repeat such lapses Was this information helpful? |
