Ferns N Petals — Bad Quality Gift hamper

FNP has deteriorated its product quality. I had ordered a gift hamper with flowers and chocolates. Please take a look at the flowers quantity and faded and wilted flower on the gift hamper. Its no match to the gift hamper displayed on the web site. It absolutely no value for money and rather i would have sent cake to my loved one which would be more fresh, better option and looked better.

I need my money back. This is not fair as i trusted FNP and always been loyal customer to them
