I ordered a birthday cake for my friend's birthday to be delivered on 25th august. Since i am in usa right now, i could only send the cake via an online site. On 25th they just sent me a message saying that the order could not be delivered. I sent them a mail within 2 hours of the earlier mail requesting another attempt at delivery because i knew that the first attempt had also not been made and their claim was false. As expected they did not reply to the mail or deliver the cake. Nor are they refunding the cost of the cake.
