Ferns N Petals — birthday cake midnight delivery failed | |||||
I am really frustrated and going to consumer court. How can a person get birthday wishes but not a call from cake delivery agent. Provided 2 numbers still no call instad a text received stating delivery attempt failed. Order 8611532 and their chat executives are arrogant and don’t know how to talk to customers. Now they are saying cake will be delivered bw 12-3pm. I had given midnight delivery charges but they are delivering in afternoon and for that i need to cancel my plans for lunch. And wonder how i am paying for services and i am the one who has to sit idly to chevk when cake will come. I am going to file a complaint against ferns n petals.
