Ferns N Petals — Broken Birthday cake | |
Hi I have received a completely damaged cake, also the packet was damaged. The delivery boy called me and informed that given the situation he has strict instructions from Ferns n Petals that the cake is not supposed to be delivered hand to hand to the customer's residence and can be only delivered to the residents' security. When we received the cake the packet was damaged and the cake was damaged too. Please look into this matter on priority basis.
