Ordered vase with flowers for my cousins birthday but recieved a broken glass...it was delivered by couple who were very unprofessional the ordered item wwas not even packed properly..tried to contact FNP customer care from past one week but not a very good response it seems their way of work is unprofessional and scam...just lied to me saying tat I would b getting redeliver instead of refund within a day its been 2 days I haven't recieved redeliver..once again wen I called the customer care no he said it has been delivered n he asked me to cross check with my friend again but still we hadn't recieved the gift here also hehad lied..but again in I called the same customer care no n now this person is saying its not delivered n the vase is in good condition..as he spoke with local vendor...this customer care is just a fraud they just put ur call on hold n make you wait for more than 10min n each n everyone says the same thing...
