I have ordered a cake for the occasion of birthday and without even informing they sent an email saying recipient was not at home around 5:3-06pm. But we were available at home the whole day. On calling they were giving other reason that both the phones were unreachable even though i provided 2 contact numbers.
At around 8 pm when i called they told we are sorry and will redeliver the cake in next 1.5 hours. When i asked to refund the amount in that case or reschedule the delivery for other date they totally denied as if it was fault at my end. On top of it he was saying that he will redeliver the cake but it will also cost rs150 extra.
They totally cheat on you by saying multiple lies and seems they have made it a business by repeating the same. They don't have any knowledge how to behave with the customer. They take multiple advantages of payment done online before delivery. Was this information helpful? |
