Ferns N Petals — Cake schedule timings and delivery | |
I ordered cake and firstly they selected wrong delivery time 8am to 2pm instead of 2pm to 6pm. Then I called multiple times on FnP customer care and they changed the timings and confirmed me that it will not delivered early. I then selected 2pm to 10pm and asked them to update notes to deliver after 5pm and they said they will update respective team however, they delivered cake by 12pm which was not the delivery slot at all. I also asked them not to ring door bell instead a delivery person should call me however, he rang the bell. I asked last agent that I want to speak to manager however he didn't transfer instead told me that I will get a call with in an hour but nobody called me. This is such a PATHETIC service I have ever come across. I have asked delivery person about the slot timings mentioned in his list It was 2pm to 10pm only but he said that he had only two deliveries in this area so that's okay.
