[Resolved] Ferns N Petals — cake/italian renaissance

Ordered a cake yesterday italian renaisssance which was to be delivered in manila philippines at the given address. But instead of the cake which was being ordered they processed a wrong order and was being delivered to the recipent. Regarding this matter mailed was being sent to resolve this issue but yet no confirmation report is being received from them.

I have been called back by one of the executive from ferns and petals and was asked for the alternate choice from the previous order and was replaced with the cancelled order. And the amount which was left was provided as gift certificate for redeemed on next order which is valid for three months.

Ferns N Petals customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by NishLish I paid money for the order and yet no delivery is being made. It was to be delivered yesterday but instead they keep on hold.
