Ferns N Petals — Charged money but product not delivered | |||
This is to bring to your notice that I had placed an online order of Pure delight Regular & greeting card; paid by me through payment gateway on your website vide invoice no. 16390479. I was traveling out of country and this greeting was for a special occasion in my absence (my wife’s birthday). All supporting’s attached. On my return from overseas, I realized the following which had ruined the occasion and of course shows quality of FnP products. I wasted my money and occasion while dealing with Ferns n Petals. I am sure local flower vendors do much better job than this so called organized company. 1. Roses received were definitely not fresh at all. It appeared as if these flowers are 3-4 days old. 2. Glass vase with the bouquet is absolutely different from shown in picture. It is a piece of poor quality, shabby looking vase. 3. Though, I had paid for a greeting card but there was no greeting card handed over at the time of delivery. FnP has duped me by charging Rs.149/- and not delivered the ordered product. I am asking for resolution and refund for non-delivered product and getting lame responses from them.
