Ferns N Petals — Charging me for redelivery !!!

I had placed an order for delivery on 25/12/2022 order number #39678263, however i was not aware that my client was not home.
The f& p team are now charging me for re delivery !!!
this is a kind of harassment as i feel cheated by f&p, for charging me for something like redelivery as it is not my fault.
This is an offence and i want immediate response and action of the same

please justify the action taken by f& p and schedule to redeliver the same
