I had ordered a personalized mug (Order id[protected], sub order id - [protected]. The mug was delivered in a polythene bag open with out any cardboard or anything. It was clearly mentioned by me that it is a personalized gift. It is highly embarrassing that a gift is delivered so cheaply. When you charge woofing so much just for a mug you should ensure that it should look branded. Didn't like the way it was delivered.
