I placed an order with Ferns N Petals for a gift intended for a special occasion — a birthday — after confirming the exact package contents through their chat support team. Their support clearly assured me that the order would include all the items I asked about, which is why I proceeded with the purchase.
However, the experience turned out to be extremely disappointing:
• The gift was delivered carelessly, just thrown into the mailbox, with no call, no handover, and no delivery confirmation or signature taken.
• The contents of the package were not as promised, completely ruining a special moment that was emotionally important to me.
• Despite advance confirmation from customer support, the final product did not match what was promised, indicating a clear case of misinformation and negligence.
This not only caused emotional distress but also reflects poor service and a lack of accountability from a brand that claims to care about “delivering emotions.”
