Ferns N Petals — Complaints - A Very Very Very Unhappy Customer - Cake & Service

On New Year Eve, 31 Dec 2022, I went to your website to order a cake for my friend's birthday which was on 01 Jan 2023.

I ordered the cake with my gmail account log in, non member and already paid for my order but during the whole process there was no upload of the payment being successfully being taken in by your company system.

I ordered the cake again now with my hotmail account log in, member and also paid for my order but this time before i made payment. a lady from your company claiming to be the staff said that she can see that i am trying to make payment but was not able to therefore provide me the payment link sent to my hotmail account.
I made payment for the second time but still again no payment page uploaded saying payment successful.

I did asked your staff to check properly with my first order giving her my hp no. she said no order made that's y i paid the second time.

With the thinking maybe first two payments never go through, i went for the last try, third time to order and same made payments.
Thinking why the payment page was not uploaded, i called the hotline to ask your staff and checked.

After talking to her for so long then she say i make duplicate orders on the second and third payment, she can only cancel one order and refund me one time.

Then next day, to my friend's surprise she got 2 cakes sent to her different times of the day, one in the morning and one in afternoon.
Which then i realised the first order was also taken in.

Anyway i already send multiple emails saying that it's the system error and not my fault then why your staff never check properly i have ordered 3 times and not just 2 times, giving her my hp no cannot check.

I should also be refunded for my first cake too and not make to pay for 2 cakes.
Or is your company trying to scam more people $$ by not loading the payment page.

This is the last resort before i am going to make a police report and to the newspapers to publish how your company system is.

The cake sent to my friend got no Happy Birthday and requested to write her name like Eg Happy Birthday Jane.

Eg Jane written in red ink, in chinese we don't write name in red ink unless the person is dead.

You are such a big company but not able to refund me or make any compensation at all.

Your hotmail and the one who reply emails are very rude.
never spare a thought for customers.

U think i so free to pay three times then now asking for 2 refunds but given only 1 cos it's system error.

The one who reply emails only know how to say cos delivery out 2 times .. how i know delivery out 2 times if i know i won't do it.

Your company website really down on new year eve so please check first before you let your customer pay for your mistake !!!
