I (Ashish ranjan) ordered a cake from usa on mother's day and selected one beautiful cake that costs me $17.0. They delivered the cake on time but the cake was in very bad shape and completely damaged. We asked to take it back but they asked me to send the pictures to their customer care department and they will take appropriate action against the vendor, and i did that as below -

The delivered cake is in very damaged condition and of very poor quality. I dont think it exactly weighs half kg either, and kindly check the attached photographs -
Please take appropriate action to either refund my amount with apologies or deliver another piece as soon as possible. If no action being taken in next few hours then i'll escalate the issue. I'm calling up from usa and not reachable from my registered number, so either contact me @ +[protected], or call at the number provided in the delivery, ie. +91 [protected]
You already completely spoiled the mood and spirit of mother's day that can't be refunded but atleast do as much you can compensate.
So far i tried to reach out to them for followup but each time receiving same response that they can not do much about it.
Right now they can't fill the gap that happens between the celebration that i planned from here and i just want a formal apology with full refund of my paid amount. I'm attaching the image of the cake that was delivered, and you can figure out by yourself if that is required or not.
