FNP is the most unprofessional and sloppy of all e- retailers that are currently operating. While their USP is to deliver gifts on special occasions, rarely do they deliver it on the said day. If you order well in advance, they will deliver the bday gift well in advance. If you order just in time they will deliver much later from the. D day !
For the third time, they have not delivered the gift on the stated day, why fuss in asking us the date ? The latest instance is my order no 14476854, wherein they had to deliver a plant as a bday gift on 12 May. They promptly delivered it on 09 May and the plant is damaged. Since then they have not responded to my requests for replacement. By the way their 24 x7 support is a lie ! They close shop by 10 pm. Was this information helpful? |
