I am a frequent customer of fnp and always select express deluvery for my orders, however today i have faced a very bad experience frm fnp..due to some technical issue the express delivery was not selected and the order weng for normal delivery, i contacted fnp team for the correction and they assured me that it will be deliverd before 6 p.m, i called again at 5.30 but got bery rude response from the executive over phone. also there wa some technical error in ivr option also today, for placing new request the call was getting connected but not for feedback..this would be my last order on fnp anf would never recommend anyone for fnp.
