Ferns N Petals — Delivery to Australia not done on 30th Dec 2022

Hi All,

I placed an order for Australia on 27th Dec, 2022. They confirmed to deliver it by 30th Dec, 2022. I paid 14 thousand for the wine hamper, provided the full accurate address of the person in Australia along with the Australian mobile number and Full Name. Today is the 1st of Jan 2023 and the tracking information is not appearing on the site and nor is there any delivery update. Please refund my hard earned money if you are not responsible enough to deliver on time. Repeated calls to the customer service number have only been met with a dialogue of "Mam we will check with the team and share a delivery update".Highly disappointed and feel cheated.
