Hi, I have ordered cake from fern n petals site well in advance. Scheduled time of delivery is 7th Oct 20 but product still showing shipping status. Service center department does not know when the product will deliver nor the superior.. Each time response is same, will let you know after 48 hours.
"Customer is giving order well in advance. So cake should deliver on birthday. But these guys are making sure that it won't happen".
1. No proper tracking of product
2. No value to your customers
3. Charging money but providing no services
When I asked about refund then their response is " You won't get refund" now as your product not yet deliver.. I have ordered cake. It is more than 48 hours. Just imagine, "What will be condition of cake"
1st: they are not delivering product on time
2nd: no courtesy to updating the tracker
3rd: not even giving any delay report
4th: In each phone call conversation FNP giving new excuses and then the standard reply, "will update after 24 hours"
I really need my money back. FNP are doing fraud business. Charging money but service. Was this information helpful? |
