I have heard about FernsnPetals from lot of my friends; therefore thought of placing the order from this site
I have placed couple of orders (2438928 and 2439222) back to back for Mother's day on 12th May for the same address. The one[protected] which I placed later was delivered early in the morning on 14th May and other one[protected] which I actually wanted to get it delivered early, I dint receive any update for the same.
I have done lot of follow ups that but the only response I received was that it will be delivered within the time slot of 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM which was very disappointing.
There was no such tracker using which you can track where your order is actually stuck. Even on the application app, you cannot track where your order is actually pending.
Since morning, I have made lot of follows with the customer care and later, I was hopeless that you will not be delivering my order.
At around 10:00 PM, I received a call from my family that some delivery boy came with bouquet, when my family asked why the order is late, on that the attitude of delivery boy was so ridiculous that he was not at all humble and had a disrespecting tone.
I want to give surprise to my Mom on Mother's Day but due to your services, things went very disappointing.
I am really disappointed by your services. I want my amount to be refunded as the bouquet was't delivered to the recipient due to the bad nature of the delivery boy. Was this information helpful? |
