[Resolved] Ferns N Petals — Disrespectul behaviour by customer service and delivery not dispatched on time | |||
To introduce myself, I am an international client and (from UAE) and want to express the level of discomfited, foiled and disappointed service provided by ferns n petals. I would never use this service and will try to recommend everybody in my circle not to use that as well.(OR[protected] To start with, I have placed an order on 18th July and want a delivery on 6th August'14 which is like after good 15 working days because my brother has to travel back .I called customer support 6 times asked them the status of my rakhi and they didn't have any answer and put me on hold on AN INTERNATIONAL CALL for 10 minutes and disconnected - Spandana, Rajiv, Nikunj some names, when i asked for a supervisor nobody did let me talk to one . One funny or absurd or stupid guy even said call back on this number and talk to other available representative (that's the level of people you have or your dont have any quality mechanism). Other guy said mam this is courier delivery and we cant commit the time lines but if you want we can only send the rakhi(somebody please let him know if he can deliver rakhi tomorrow, why cant he deliver my gift). I am just an extremely unsatisfied customer and will try to make sure all that wherever possible communicate this to other customers or else can take a step to go to court for providing such a disrespectful service Was this information helpful? | |||
