I would like to give them a big 0 for reliability - its websites like this giving a bad name to the Indian service industry.
I have used FnP extensively in the past within Pune & Delhi.
This time however, I wanted to make a delivery to my brother in Nainital - a cake for his birthday. While ordering the cake, the website offered the mentioned code and location to be under their purview.
Two hours after placing the order & making the payment, (which btw is non - refundable - they just give you a gift certificate), they inform me that the area is not serviceable.
Why was the order accepted in the first place when you do not provide services in that area?
They told me they would have the order send to another address or give me a gift certificate - I asked them to deliver the cake to me, which so far has not happened. Was this information helpful? |
