Ferns N Petals — False commitment gift not delivered | |||||
I have placed an order through Ferns N Petals which was supposed to be delivered in Lucknow as per their commitment my gift was supposed to be delivered on 14th Feb-2016 they informed me that my gift would be delivered between 6:00 to 21:00 hrs i called up on the customer care no proper response was there and they kept me on hold for 15 to 20 mins. This gift was supposed to be delivered to my fiance and i have already informed her about the same she kept on waiting entire day but it was not delivered. I went under depression and I have been mentally harassed by this company and have been cheated. I want to take legal action against them Was this information helpful? | |||||
