Ferns N Petals — False promise and lack of professionalism | |||||
I have ordered a birthday gift for my mother in india and paid thru credit card. I have also recieved email confirming the order early in the morning that the items will be delivered the same day. I have not gone to any other vendor since i trusted fernsnpetals. However i made several calls after 3pm since it was not delivered and its already evening, came to know that they cannot deliver what was promised and cancelled the order. To me it was shocking and highly unacceptable in the last minute."fernsnpetals" just ruined our celebrations being not professional. Myself and my husband was totally disappointed hence never order in future or recommend ferns and petals to any one. Was this information helpful? | |||||
