I have ordered the cake from "Ferns n Petals" for Birthday occasion . ordered date : 4th June 2021 Invoice No: 2021-22/0534256 The cake was delivered completely damaged . I have shared the picture of the cake which was delivered to the customer care and they failed to provide a reimbursement for the damaged cake delivery .
