On 30th December 2021 I ordered a bouquet of flowers of sum total Rs.8147 from Ferns and Petals. The date of delivery was 31st December 2021. When I tried to contact them about the whereabouts of my order on 1st January 2022, they said that they would get back to me in 24-48 hours since it was an international order. However, no one got back to me. On 3rd January 2022, the status said delivered on 3rd January 2022. However, the recipient did not receive anything. She enquired even in the lobby but they said that nothing had been delivered. When i contacted them on 3rd January saying that recipient did not receive anything, they sent a mail saying according to the delivery partner, the order had been delivered. But there is absolutely no proof of the same. Usually, the delivery partner takes a picture of making the delivery once it's made. But even that was not done and they are just claiming that the delivery was made! .
They said that the team is looking into the matter and that they would get back to us in 24-48 hours. However, no one got back to us as usual. I then demanded for a refund but they did not even pay heed to me. I kept reaching out to them henceforth, and they kept saying that "the team is working on my concern" and that "they would get back to me in 24-48" when in reality, no one got back to me. I am very very disappointed in their service. Every time i opened a ticket regarding a concern, they would close it without even clearing my concern.
I did not receive any delivery or refund.
