Ferns N Petals — flowers | |||
I ordered flowers for my friend and payment was done in advance. My order was not delivered to the mentioned recipient and not even an attempt was made to contact the recipient. Ferns n petals delivered my order to some wrong person and when i complained about it, they sent me the bill with the signature of that wrong person in the recipient's signature section. I have been complaining to ferns n petals since a week now and i haven't got a single reply since the wrong bill from their support team. I am attaching the photo of the wrong bill in which some guy named raju prasad received my order. Was this information helpful? | |||
