We ordered a birthday cake online for my son’s birthday celebration on 23 May 2026 at 01:24 PM through FNP.

Before placing the order, we taken confirmed with support team whether the cake could be delivered between 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM on 24 May 2026. As per team confirmed that the delivery would be completed within the requested time slot.
However, the cake was not delivered as promised, which caused major disappointment during our family celebration.
Additionally, we tried contacting customer care multiple times to raise a complaint and get an update regarding the order status, but we did not receive any proper response from your support team.
We also contacted one of the FNP store representatives for assistance, but instead of helping, the person responded rudely and told us to contact online support only because the order was placed online.
This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. A birthday celebration is a special occasion, and due to delayed service and poor customer support, the event was negatively affected.
