I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against Ferns N Petals regarding order ID 50230991. Despite assurances from FnP team, the Valentine's Day gift intended for delivery to my wife's office by 6:00 PM today was not delivered. This failure has caused significant inconvenience and disappointment.

Furthermore, I am deeply dissatisfied to learn that Ferns N Petals is not agreeing to the cancellation and refund of the order, despite the unfulfilled delivery. This refusal exacerbates the issue and adds to my frustration.

I request immediate resolution, including the cancellation of the order and a full refund, as well as appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.
