[Resolved] Ferns N Petals — Fraud case | |||
Hi, I would like to highlight the case of non delivery of item from Ferns n Petals . We had booked Rakhi on 07-Aug -14 (OR[protected] and it was supposed to be delivered on 09-Aug 2014 but neither the rakhi is delivered nor we got any refund . I have raised many complaints to FnP and got the response that customer representative will contact me but no has contacted me till now. I have very sad and disappointed . Please help .
