I had placed an order " 847285" which was suposed to be delivered on 26th october. The product is not delivered, there was no communication on why was the delivery was on hold. when i soike to the customer support the lady informed i have not paid the shipping charges, when i asked why was it not informed to me until i called customer support, she obviously had no answer to it. I asked her to cancel my order and get my money back, without saying anything she disconnected the call. I have called the CS number couple of times after that but the call was not answered at all.
Juat one warning to F n P, refund my money else i am launching a complaint against you... Was this information helpful? |
