Ferns N Petals — Have been two days past the delivery date still not got my courier

I have ordered a box of love u chocolate & brownies. It was expected in 16th February but I still haven't got it. The company is not even contacting me for my courier. They haven't even given a number so that I can call and know the status of my courier. The customer service of this app is horrible. I don't want to continue my order I just want my money back. I am done. Thank you
