Ferns N Petals — I have not received my refund

I ordered a bouquet, for someone passing away and it was not delivered, I raised a complained and they said money will be refunded it has been 15 days money is still not refunded, though the status shows refunded .

Here are the details - Order - #[protected] it was cancelled. Amount 4057
