Ferns N Petals — I have received an anonymous surprise gift on my birthday . I called the support to know the sender details but didn't get any help

I am receiving gifts from fnp from anonymous sender from last 2-3 yrs. I want to know the sender details as they have my phone no and address details without my information.
Reached the customer care but since I didn't have any info on the sender while I shared all the details at the receiving end but they couldn't help.

I need immediate help to trace down the sender. Request the company to call back on receiver no [protected].
