I want to file complaint against the Customer Care Agent of FNP name Gurupreet Singh -- I raised a query last week after learning that the order I placed at least a month back with FNP (to make sure rakhi's get delivered on time) was only partially delivered . The Lumba Rakhi set which was part of this order was not delivered. This agent just mentioned that we are sorry that rakhi was not delivered and we are issuing you refund of INR 149 where I paid $16.48 . This guy was so irresponsible that he didn't even bother to reply on my multiple queries to check if order will atlast will be fully delivered or not and if not i should get paid full amount of 16.48 dollars not juts INR 149 . he just said someone will contact me from relevant department but noone ever contacted me and noone responded on my multiple queries . Atlast I had to order rakhi again from someother site to save Rakhi occasion for my brother . BUt this was very unprofessional behaviour of a customer care agent/service who is involved with a company who claims to deliver emotions. Is this the way emtions are delivered wrong or partial delivery and then never responding back on multiple asks forget about refunding the amount.
