Hello,
I have no clue how they are operating but there is something seriously
going wrong in their company.
1. Their website has a glitch which shows a different date while you select
your delivery date.
2. They don't deliver gifts on time.
3. There is no resolution for the complaints I put in
4. They don't reply back with a relevant answer and neither do they provide follow ups on the complaints.
5. They close the complaint cases without even taking client's consent or
resolving it
6. They delivered the gift a day before it was supposed to be delivered and rest of the gifts after they were supposed to be delivered
7. Now they are delivering the wrong items to which they have even stopped replying.
Also, I haven't heard back from them for the on-time delivery request for
all my items on 14th February (Valentines Day) which is already gone.
I have never seen such a bad service ever in my life and never been so
disappointed with a brand ever.
