On 2nd sep 2019 we ordered a wedding anniversary cake to my parents try www.FNP.com with a very specific timing to deliver on 3rd sep 2019 before 12noon since the family members will be traveling outstation around 3pm. Even before placing the order, thru call center verified the possibilities and placed the order. Since no such schedule available at online order process we selected 7am-9pm and marked a special not to deliver before 12noon.
On 3rd sep 2019. I contacted the call center around 2pm, 4pm & 7pm but call center said, sure will deliver before the schedule (9pm) and i was asked to track the situation but call center team said its not possible even after that i requested to connect supervisor he said will contact the delivery partner to do the needful.
But the whole day was spoiled even after 3 reminder calls & mail to call center. Finally the delivery team contacted late night around 9.15pm (After the schedule) for the delivery and mentioned in 1 hour will deliver which we denied.
After such next day (4th sep 2019) customer service contacting me saying apologize and saying can we deliver today (4th sep 2019)??? Is it sensible??? I requested to process the refund but advised me to raise request which i made online and reminder has been sent 4 times but no action so far.
Such kind of care less e-commerce organizations must be actioned by the authorities.
