Hi team,
I have ordered personalised anniversary chocolates - 18 pcs which was suppose to delivered on 7th march 2020.
But fnp team has not delivered on time and also not informed on time that it will not be delivered.
They have only booked my items through customer care and said that it will get delivered but today when i called them they are saying that this item will not be delivered.
Everytime this kind of headache and tension these people give, first they promise of delivery and later they say sorry we can't delivery.
Please do something. Everytime i facing these kind of problem.
