I placed an order for a jar of assorted dry fruits on the ferns and petals website. I was given the option of selecting the delivery date as well which is 16th June 2019.
However today, I received a message from the courier company with whom blu dart partners stating that my order will be delivered on the 17th only. What is the point of delivering the product after the father’s day occasion!? The helpline personnel blatantly told me that ferns and petals can not commit to delivering on time!
They are duping consumers but taking the money and make an outright refusal when asked for refund.
Pathetic service. I will never use their service again. Request complaint board to take some action as I have seen many consumers with a complaint similar to mine.
