It's my Son's b'day celebration today at 12 midnight. I order a Chocolate Truffle half kg cake, 2 sparkle candles and 2 party poppers. The cake I received is of very poor make quality. They didn't deliver the candles.
I kept raising complaints for about 3 hours from their website but no one responded. On the contrary, by mistake one order got added to shopping kart while I was sending reminder for the complaint already raised about the delivery. Since I didn't buy the product, CUSTOMER service of FnP calls me and asks me why I haven't bought the product after adding to the kart, if I am having ANY PROBLEM. I told him it got added by mistake, but I have raised a complaint of one delivery that I order today. He simply said, CUSTOMER support would CALL TO resolve the same.
So you'll can imagine they are just acting as money earning company without worrying about consumer and their feelings for the order we make.
Consumers are getting looted by their intentions and actions. I am left with nothing now but to celebrate my son's bday with he ### that FnP did to my day.
Please do something about this. FnP is a company which should live on making consumers day special but they are living on just the money earned, once the payment by is received, they care a damn what pain consumer has to go through, especially on such auspicious occasions.
Please provide your kind help and support. They should know that consumers are not here to get looted. If we pay for a service we expect quality service. Was this information helpful? |
