[Resolved] Ferns N Petals — My order is not yet delivered, even after 2 days of commitment date | |||
Hi, I ordered a Rakhi thali from Ferns N Petals on 30th july which was promised to be delivered on or before 9th August, believing which I placed this order but now its 2 days past the maximum delivery date and it is not yet received. I contacted customer care many times which is visible in the attached screen shots however i didn't get any response from them even I drooped a mail and didn't get any reply. This is something which is not expected as I ordered a Rakhi thali that should have been delivered on the committed date, else I could have opted for some other means of sending my Rakhi. Also I would like to mention that the customer service is so very poor that I had to make phone calls of more than 150 rs to complain about this order which costed around 500rs, and still the response was not at all any helpful. I request you to take a very strict action against this, as because of this my only brother has not having my rakhi on his wrist on the Rakhi day, even when I had ordered the rakhi thali 10 days before the Rakhsbandhan. I need the amount to be refunded along with the Inconvenience charge in my account as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||

non delivery of flowers and no customer care service
these guys havnt dlvrd my order for flowers and are not even picking up the call made to their customer care given on their home page order number :[protected]
